Cows crowding the hay ring
September 12, 2026 · 04:50 PM · Huntsville, Texas
Y'all, Pasture 1 at 7:07 PM had four cows moseying up to the hay rings like supper just got called, black one and a couple reds working that green ring while another stood back by the empty one. Come 6:46 AM on Pasture 2a a spotted donkey was grazing in the pines, cows hanging in the back pen, and a little white goat over by the fence looking innocent. Inside Barn at 4:48 PM was empty as can be, just a hanging lamp and pine straw, with one brown cow way off outside like it missed the memo. Chicken Coop at 4:48 PM was a quiet coop, nobody home, not a feather in the shavings. Pasture 2b at 4:48 PM didn't even kick up dust — just fence, trees, and y'all staring at an empty lot.
