Empty barn, nobody punched in

Y'all, Inside Barn at 8:17 PM was nobody home — just a dusty floor, a post, and that hanging light, so the critters had already moseyed out. Come 7:16 AM on Pasture 2a a spotted donkey had his head down grazing, another donkey stood by the gates, a white goat hung by the pines, chickens and a turkey scratched around, and a few cows were still back in the pens. Then Pasture 1 at 8:31 AM four cows showed up at the hay ring like they had a meeting, three already working it while one brown one walked in and kicked up a little dust.
