Cows crowded at hay ring

Y'all, Pasture 1 at 5:38 PM had five cows parked at the hay ring like supper was mandatory — four of 'em heads-down in the hay while that white one stood off in the pines actin' too good for it. Come 7:09 AM over on Pasture 2a the critters were already moseyin' across the pine straw, goats scattered around, a donkey hangin' mid-lot, cows in the pens, and a couple chickens scratchin' by the shelter that barely kicked up dust. Inside Barn at 4:48 PM? Nobody home — just dirt, a heat lamp, and a whole lot of quiet waitin' on company.
