Cows among the pine trees

Earlier
Morning. Several chickens occupied the coop. Some sat on the roost. Others stood on the shavings. Pumpkin's bunch was out among the trees. Some stood. One lay on the ground. Chickens moved along the fence. Goats walked the ground.
Later
Evening. The barn held no animals. Dirt covered the floor. Pine needles mixed in. The lamp hung still. Nothing moved there.
