Rooster and hen by the wire
October 27, 2026 · 04:50 PM · Huntsville, Texas
Anybody seen Kyle holding down the coop? This morning the flock is all inside, three of them up on the roost including a couple of the white ones, and the rest scratching and pecking at the shavings on the floor, Kyle in the mix with the black hens.
Pasture 2a shows Virgil and Zander standing next to the blue tub. A couple of those brown cows from Kyle's bunch are out in Pasture 1 near the trees, and there's a chicken picking around too. Pasture 2b has a rooster and a hen standing by the fence. The inside barn is empty this afternoon.
