Cow loafs, goats mosey

Y'all, Pasture 2a at 7:10 PM a brown cow was parked at the shelter fence while two white goats moseyed the pine-straw fence line like they were late for supper, and over in the Chicken Coop at 7:48 PM the critters had already clocked onto the roosts under that lamp. Come daylight Pasture 1 at 7:12 AM the cows were working the hay ring — one laid out, the rest standing and chewing — then Pasture 2b at 7:17 AM a rooster kicked up dust flappin' like a fool while the hens milled the run and a couple goats browsed the trees behind the wire. Inside Barn at 8:33 AM nobody home but dirt and a hanging lamp, just one goat out at the gate starin' in like he forgot the password.
